-Episode 2640-
Segment 1 (00:00) Todd introduces a student at KSU, Garret, who is a self-describing pragmatist but doesn’t have a source for morals. Todd reasons him to God, and Garret agrees.
Segment 2 (09:03) Garret professes to be a Christian, so Todd asks him to articulate the Gospel, but Garret can’t. He feels that it is correct, but doesn’t know why. He also can’t describe how to become a Christian. Todd brings up the knife in the back analogy. Garret says that being a Christian is a process, it can’t happen in 30 seconds. Todd leads Garret through the gospel – He then leads us through the 5 W’s: Who, Who, What, What, What? – Who is God? Who are we? What should God do? What has God done? and What will you do about it?
Segment 3 (17:02) Todd continues leading Garret through the Gospel. He asks Garret what he would say to God if he died. Garret doesn’t know. Todd re-iterates the Gospel. He challenges Garret to read his Bible and give heavy thought to this stuff.
Wretched Surprise! (25:10) Todd shows a clip of a woman who is in love with an airplane, and admonishes us not to laugh at the world, but have a heart of compassion.
