SOUND
MIXER

Gospel Partners Media is seeking a sound mixer. This person will be responsible for capturing on-set sound, as well as mixing sound in post. This role includes a variety of content from 30-minute episodes to 15-second spots. Some editing knowledge is required, preferably in Davinci Resolve.

Responsibilities
-Work with our producers to capture on-set sound in a timely manner & make our guests feel comfortable with the filming process
-Maintain and keep track of all sound gear
-Work with our producers to ensure that post-production deadlines and quality standards are met
-Assist the editing team with project organization and rough edits

DATA
MANAGER

Gospel Partners Media is seeking a data manager/editor. This person will be responsible for managing data brought back from shoots, hard drive management, and archiving. You will also be responsible for delivering content to various networks via Dropbox, FTP servers, and web uploads (basic knowledge of FTP servers is a plus, but not required.)  You will also be assisting the editing team with short edits such as spots, as well as some misc tasks like creating captions for episodes.

About:
Gospel Partners Media is seeking a host/writer for a Television show and Podcast. This person must be comfortable in front of the camera with an engaging personality, as well as comfortable talking on camera to strangers and guests about specific topics. This person must also have experience writing scripts for content such as TV or social media.

Responsibilities: 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the show’s lead writer to create scripts for 13 episodes. They will also be responsible for hosting the 13 episodes. 

The show they will be hosting is designed to take young, nominal-Christians and unbelievers alike on a journey to deepen their understanding of the Christian faith and how it applies to all areas of life. To accomplish this, they will be speaking to the camera (audience) for a portion of the show, almost vlog style. They will also be speaking to complete strangers about certain topics, provoking them to think deeper about their beliefs, as well as presenting the Gospel to them.

In addition to the Television show, There will also be a podcast for the show. This person will be expected to host this podcast as well. The frequency of the podcast’s uploads is undetermined at the moment, but it may have, more or less,  2 episodes per week.

The ideal candidate will also host social media content for said show. This content will be made for TikTok and Youtube. A lot of the content will be excerpts from the Television show and the show’s podcast, but there will also be content specifically made for social media that will be uploaded at least once a week.

Gospel Partners Media (GPM) is seeking a creative and highly motivated candidate to fill the position of Director of Advancement. This individual will lead our Advancement team in our donor relations initiatives and implementing strategies across the department.  While Donor experience is preferred, your character, passion for truth, and desire to see God’s Kingdom expand are far more important.  We can train you, but you must be driven to see God’s Word go forth.

Responsibilities:
-Promote the mission and standards of GPM.
-Approach all tasks with a second-mile mindset.
-Oversee and promote the spiritual, personal, and professional development of team members being led.
-Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments.
-Develop and manage a comprehensive multi-year advancement strategic plan with milestones to achieve progress toward short-term and long-term fundraising goals to support annual giving, major capital campaigns, and other ministry initiatives in collaboration with the Executive Director.
-Lead and motivate the Advancement team from concept to completion on fundraising goals ensuring accurate, high quality and consistent communication with donors.
-Serve as a spokesperson for the ministry at a variety of donor events.
-Develop, implement, and evaluate an annual donor communications calendar.
-Oversee all general donor activities to include the following: general monthly direct mail solicitations, electronic communications, and lapse donor campaigns.
-Oversee all aspects of the Wretched monthly letter to supporters to ensure that it is completed and delivered in a timely manner.
-Lead and develop fundraising engagement through GPM web sites, social media, and email communications.
-Oversee onsite and regional in-person fundraising events with ministry donors.
-Personally participate in top-level fundraising activities, including identification and cultivation of major donor relationships.
-Provide oversight and evaluation of ongoing donor recognition.  This includes the following: thank-you phone calls, prayer cards, general thank you letters and special recognition efforts.
-Develop and distribute regular performance tracking and management reports to keep GPM leadership and other stakeholders informed and updated on advancement campaigns, activities, and progress against goals.
-Identify resources needed for capital fundraising campaigns and assign individuals to execute work.
-And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements:
-Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.
-Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
-Regularly attend a local, Bible-believing church.
-Outstanding interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work with diverse groups including staff, community and Christian leaders/pastors, and donors.
-Gifted in verbal and written communication with the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the ministry
-Excellent computer skills proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Education & Experience:
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
-Advancement experience is preferred, but not necessary
-Prior experience in a database management as well as knowledge of CRM database is preferred.

EVENT/CONFERENCE
COORDINATOR

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of all conferences and events held by Gospel Partners Media (GPM).

Specifically for the following events:
-Biblical Counseling events with Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and The Master’s University (2/year)
-Evangelistic outreaches with larger churches multiple times throughout the year
Wretched event at the Ark Encounter (1/year)
 
Responsibilities:  
-Plan and coordinate the details of all major events.  
-Identify and understand the needs and the financial budget for all events  
-Coordinate multiple events at once  
-Research venue options, conduct site visits as necessary, and create basic comparative cost and price analysis for evaluation based on the event’s needs and objectives  
-Negotiate contracts for facilities, travel, entertainment, security, ground transportation, catering/menu selections, audio-visual equipment, off site meals and activities and any other special requirements  
-Manage all event operations (decor, catering, entertainment, box office, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material)  
-Work closely with marketing to create and market event communications, event materials and signage  
-Prepare reports regarding budget and activities that will take place during the event  
-Evaluate event’s success and submit reports to Executive Director  
-Conduct surveys before or after events to collect participant feedback  
-Arrange all travel, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, etc. for speakers and staff  
-Create custom travel plans for each traveler if needed  
-Work closely with on-site/venue staff at the event to make sure everything runs smoothly  
 
Qualifications:  
-Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, but equivalent experience considered  
-2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, and/or support  
-CMP certification is not required but preferred  
-A professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure  
-Experience with creating and maintaining budgets  
-A proven track or aptitude for customer service  
 
Skills:
-A proven track record of organizing successful events
-Comfortable and experienced in working with senior leadership and executives combined with a strong commitment to provide excellent customer service
-Work effectively under high-pressure situations.
-Outstanding verbal communication skills and strong desire to assist and help.
-Excellent vendor management skills
-Possess good negotiation abilities. This is needed when dealing with vendors
-Ability to prioritize daily workflow to meet deadlines
