Project Coordinator

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee multiple projects, including website designs, graphics, sales and marketing campaigns, as well as print collateral. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Responsibilities:

-Coordinate and manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
-Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues to management.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, editors, and marketers to ensure project success.
-Ensure project tracking is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
-Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate them as needed to senior management.
-Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance project performance and outcomes.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
-At least 3-5 years of experience in project managemen / logistics.
-Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
-Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
