Segment 1 (00:00) Todd meets Joe, a KSU student studying history. Todd leads him through the moral argument for God. Joe agrees. Todd asks him what church he goes too, Joe doesn’t have one.
Segment 2 (8:10) Todd asks Joe if being a Christian is about going to church. Joe says it’s about being a good person. Todd leads him through the teleological argument along with the moral argument. And then Todd leads him through the law. Joe says well God is merciful. Todd reiterates the just judge analogy. He asks Joe what he would say to God if he died.
Segment 3 (15:41) Joe doesn’t know what he would say. Todd leads Joe through the Gospel. He shows Joe he must repent. Joe says he has not been born again. Todd asks why not today? Joe doesn’t know. Todd illustrates God’s grace. Joe is obviously stricken. Todd makes the dichotomy urgent to accept or reject Jesus.
Wretched Surprise! (25:25) Joe agrees he must accept Jesus. He is obviously stricken, and prays with Todd.
