Live by faith, not by feelings.
While you may feel forsaken, look to the cross. Jesus was forsaken for you.
Have an eternal perspective. Realize what you’re going through is light in comparison to the sufferings of Jesus.
There is a reason for your suffering. There is no purposeless suffering.
- Preach the Gospel to your self daily.
- Avoid excessive self-examination.
- Ask God what He’s trying to teach you.
- Read books on the attributes of God.
- Make a blessings list.
- Serve others.
- Get help.
- Avoid drugs and alcohol.
