God has established three institutions within human society that must be respected.

• The church does not have the right to meddle in the affairs of individual families and ignore parental authority.
• Parents don’t have the authority to manage civil matters while circumventing government officials.
• The government has no right to interfere in ecclesiastical matters.

A potential fourth column of exception for government submission, which stems from confusion. There can be confusion when state/local/federal government gets involved and says different things.
