Should Biblical Counselors Make Money? | WRETCHED TV Episode 3362

It’s Mailbag Friday! You have questions. We have answers.

If you have any questions, comments, conundrums, snarks, or ideas send them to [email protected].

As a newly certified Biblical Counselor, I struggle with the idea of charging money for sessions. I need to make this sustainable for myself, but I also don’t want payments to be a burden or a deterrent for someone who really needs to help. What are your thoughts on the matter?

What do you think is the biggest issue/need for counseling within the church?

I recently switched from secular therapy to Biblical counseling, and I’ve noticed a significant increase in spiritual attacks. Is this normal?

I’m going to college next month, would it be helpful to do pre-emptive Biblical counseling before such a big life event?

My brother died last year, and I’m struggling to live with the grief. Are there any resources that might help?

What are some ways that my local church could support the ministry of ACBC?
